    yes, it seems to be lahore exclusive. I'm running into same issues. Single connections are maxing out at around 1-2mbps speeds. Looks like there's a load balancer installed and only a single, low bandwidth link is up most of the time.

    Oh. Be patient, they will visit to collect. One of my cousins, living in faisal town, lahore, paid last week. I think they are flooded with requests and have less workforce and hence the delays.     I've ditched PTCL 8mbps in favor of Fiberlink 20mpbs. It went down at times but issue resolved by contacting support. It took around 2 months for them to get it installed.
