    its unlikely to happen, now a days everyone uses net meter etc, so if that bomb happens one has proof that he hasnt crossed 300gb+ limit,, as i said before, just to be safe check with em every week, so u'll hav an idea on how to plan ur dwldin rest of the week,,

    i use torrents for dwldin, so majority of people say ptcl dunt track torrents, their employees will say they do but they dunt,, when i was upgraded to 4mbps couple of years ago i used direct dwld mostly n dwlded 400gb+ per month,,..but i i never got billed 5k..,, so another possibility, ptcl...
