I dont Know from which Problem you are Suffering...But I pray to Allah that you ll be fine soon...There is Masjid Name " Madni Masjid" Nead Mukka Chowk in Karachi...Try to visit there after asar Prayers on Thursday and Stay till isha...See if you feel better in those peoples...I did the same thing few years back and some one guided me the same way i m talking with you...Just try to go there and after that you dont need any more pills....May Allah Showers his Blessing on You ,Ameen.
