    I think you should buy a used 1 TB HDD. They will cost 7000 RS. And you can then bring your budget down to 60000 RS easily :)

    Else I think 1 TB is a waste of space. I currently use 500 GB with movies, songs, documentaries and games included, there still is around 120 GB space left, with 30 games installed. :D

    So tell me if you have a Hard Disk or not. If you have even a 250 GB one, as many as 15 high end games (BF3, MW3, ME2, ME3, Crysis1, Crysis2, etc) can be installed easily into it at any one time! And it will save your budget to 54000 RS. Use the extra 6000 RS to buy a better casing, and a better graphics card. And apart from that, use some money to buy a few casing fans and you are set for 1080p and 60 FPS on every game there is.

    Don't you already have a lower capacity HDD? If yes, then use that, it would save a lot of your budget.

    Apart from BF3, all the games you listed can be played at 60 FPS and atleast 1680x1024 for a PC made for 35000 RS. BF3 requires a heavy Processor and GPU, so your budget needs to be atleast 55 to 60K to run properly without hiccups at 1080p and 50 to 60 FPS (multiplayer so it varies).

    Oy if you're buying a gaming PC, get a better GPU (GTX560Ti) and a slightly better Power Supply (Antec BP500U).

    It would be worth it! Graphics are mesmerizing, especially with texture packs installed. :D
