    Don't know where you are or what are your circumstances, but in general: 1. You can visit him and pay yourself. 2. Transfer to his standard chartered account. (Of course you will have to wait for him to send you his account number.)

    PS3 is not region locked, all games from all regions will play on it fine; PSN account also don't depend on your hardware, so you can get whichever region you like/can find.
