Can you please share screenshots? Also please share IMS APN settings, I use a Samsung A 32 and it's on One UI 5.1 as of now, there are pretty small chances of this model getting One UI 6 update though I'm still pretty hopeful and waiting eagerly about it, I activated the service using that code you mentioned but I didn't got the toggle on my phone, I deactivated voLTE by dialling *9922# in the hope that if I to activate it again the service might start to work instead of when I'm dialling the code to activate it, I get a message from Ufone which says "you were unable to subscribe to voLTE"
These are screenshots for your reference

I have S23 Ultra and it is supported as per Ufone list of VoLTE devices.

However, mine is a Singapore variant PTA approved. It wouldn't show VoLTE. I even flashed Pakistan specific firmware. It still wouldn't enable VoLTE

Have you tried to activate it by the code *9921# ?, if not then try it maybe that'd help or go to the My Ufone app > live chat option to talk to a representative on chat, tell them your issue maybe they might help you out, do let us know whenever voLTE starts to work on your phone please

Firmware or variant no longer makes any difference for IMS features on Samsung. VoLTE and VoWiFi will work regardless of model, on newer Samsung phones (after S10/N10 series).

Jazz VoLTE and VoWiFi works on US variant devices as well, without any firmware flashing or any extra steps. Just works out of the box.

If Ufone VoLTE doesn't work on your phone, it's a different issue, not related to firmware or phone variant.

Check your physical SIM card. I remember when Jazz first rolled out VoLTE, it didn't work on my parents numbers because the SIM cards themselves were very old. I had them both replaced at a Jazz office and VoLTE immediately began working when I inserted the new SIMs.

Yes I have already activated it through the code. Still no luck.

I'll get a replacement sim.

You can try replacing the SIM. I had the same SIM but wasn't getting the VoLTE toggle in Ufone SIM settings until I received the One UI 6 update on my Galaxy A52s 5G. Once I updated and restarted my device, I started getting the VoLTE toggle and its icon beside the signal bars because I had already activated Ufone VoLTE by dialing the code. This means my Galaxy A52s 5G received Ufone VoLTE support in the One UI 6 update.

I'm using Samsung A32, do you know anything about how would voLTE work on the Samsung phones which won't get the One UI 6 Android 14 update?, Jazz voLTE and vowifi both were working perfectly on the same phone but Ufone isn't, should I also try and get my SIM card replaced or wait for Ufone or Samsung to send an update to activate voLTE on such phones which won't get One UI 6?

No change with sim change.

You can try waiting. But chances are very thin

Do you have any idea how to change the last two xsp/sin to PKD?
It doesn't matter. The first CSC in this case is the active CSC, which is Pakistan (PKD).

XSP/SIN are the CSCs that the device was flashed with from the factory because it was a Singapore variant. They can not be changed and have no effect on the functionality of the phone or in your ability to get VoLTE. It's just there for information purpose to show what the devices original market was.

If it still doesn't work even after getting a fresh SIM, I'd say Ufone is either doing a staged rollout for all their customers (despite users activating it manually with the code), or it will be enabled in the next update, which is OneUI 6.1. That should be released later this month or early April for PKD CSC.

You can also check your Ufone VoLTE activation status by inserting your SIM card into another capable device. If VoLTE works on that device, it means the issue isn't from Ufone's end but rather with your device. I had a similar experience where I enabled VoLTE by dialing a code, but I wasn't getting the VoLTE toggle on my device. However, VoLTE was working on other devices. It started working as soon as I received the One UI 6 update. You can also wait to see if Samsung rolls out support for your device in a future update.

POCO X3, X3 Pro and POCO F3 does not support Jazz VoWiFi by default. You have to turn it on by doing some tweaks. You either need to have a rooted device or have to install a custom rom by doing some tweaks with firmware. I know a couple of guys who did this on F3 and X3 Pro.
any idea about Sharp Aquos R6 supporting volte and vowifi?

It seems that not only Telenor, but also Ufone may be nearing its end. For a few users, my Ufone app has been changed to uPTCL, a one-stop app for all PTCL services including Ufone, Flash Fiber, DSL, telephone, and Charji, etc.

My guess is that after the merger of Telenor, the brand name will be uPTCL, a company that provides all the above services. Obviously, Telenor and Ufone will be merged as well and will be called uPTCL. Or at least merged company will be called Ufone and uPTCL will be a parent app for all.

Does this app also support onic accounts?

In my opinion, Ufone will remain a product and UPTCL will become a central app for all services.
