That's too much man. :p
Standard GST is 17% that you have to pay on everything you buy in Pakistan, If you buy any household electronics goods in Pakistan, it already has 17% included in it's price. 17% of $300 would be $51.

If you buy anything worth $300 in Pakistan, which is around Rs.47,700, 17% would be GST which is 8,109. Buy any electronics and read the GST in it's price. Custom duty being 5% to 20% would seem reasonable in context.

On a side note to other readers, we are just not used to taxes as a nation but we ask from the Govt to fix everything. Contribute, then demand.

Guys, would the package reach me successfully without any problems if I got the seller to declare the value at $20 for a $330 product?

If I had a job and was rich enough, I wouldn't mind paying honestly. But I know whatever I pay probably won't go into the country's development anyway. Don't you agree?

Look man, you do you, we all will have our own judgment by Allah, so I'm no one to judge anyone, with that being said, it is asked from us to do what is right, regardless of what others do. If someone else is doing corruption, his judgment will be his own to face, as ours will be ours to face.

I see a LOT of us Pakistanis give billions in Sadqa/Zakat/Khairat and we do Hujj/Umrahs but we do these small "cost saving measures" that is actually corruption and stealing.

That is the IMTIHAAN for which we are here on earth, will we be honest even if we have little. May Allah guide us all and keep us in the right path, ameen.

And yes, asking seller to write lesser value does not affect shipping or handling. It will reach you safely, insha Allah. But if they write the exact model number then customs will find it's actual value through their CIF system. Sellers generally write a general category of the item if they are going to reduce the value.

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
