You must've used the traceroute feature of a website instead which is why the route doesn't show any Pakistani IPs.

Hey, so i have been using stormfiber for about a year. No issues, or downtime , brilliant customer support. Lately, which is since Jan 2019, my ping has been too high, Eu server used to be 130-150 range, now its 250-290 with jitters and packet loss. Also my ping spikes too frequently, from 250 to 500 to even 1,000. Right now im playing Path of Exiles, on Stormfiber 10MB.
Q) Would transworld give me a better ping?
Q) Do they have good , fast customer support.
I know you can pay online through their site via JAZZCash or Debit card, so payment should be okay.
More interested in quality, PING and reaction to problems.
If anyone can help me I would be VERY GRATEFUL.

PTCL has shit itself right now, so pings on all games will be terrible. This is affecting StormFiber customers as well, so it's not their problem.
TW usually has decent pings, and good support, but sometimes they can be quite stupid as well. If you're in Karachi, you can opt for them, you'll get really good latency. But if you're in another city, then don't bother.
It was quite stable in the time that I had it. Few downtimes but those were an issue specific to Islamabad so it doesn't really count.
Ping was good for the most part. Occasional spikes, but I believe those have also been taken care of.
Transworld's customer support is nearly non-existent. SF is one of the best ISP's when it comes to customer support. A week ago, my internet got disconnected all of a sudden, came to know that their one of the main distribution segment was cut down near Nazimabad due to Metro bus project. I rushed to their fb page and when I told them about it, they had already routed their team to fix it and it was fixed merely in an hour. That's how fast they were. Had it been transworld or PTCL. They would have at least taken a day.

Speak from experience. TES restored a fiber cut TWICE in ISB where the customer support is at its worst in less than 4 hours.
In Karachi, TES is far better than SF. Look on Facebook, the amount of complaints you'll read recently about SF clearly show where they've been heading in terms of customer support and quality of service.
The only reason SF 'rushed' to fix the fiber cut was because it affected a large amount of their userbase. In my case, it only affected me and maybe 3-4 other people in my area who had TES.
In the other case, it was just at my house where the ONT lost connectivity and they sent their team over the same day.
After I heard that TES is buying bandwidth from Etisalat as well, the only issue I would have with them is their atrocious billing system, which is also being worked on. They've enabled JazzCash payments and Easypaisa will follow up soon after.
How can you speak of Karachi when you don't even live here?
- Anyways, really opposite scenario with me. I have experienced both. My office has transworld and I'm using SF at home. At start they used to be as good as SF in terms of customer convenience, super fast deployment and after sales support but now there is a decline in service, speed issues and customer support. Their billing department is on drugs most of the time, they just send random bills and hope for a lucky shot. Several complaints, follow ups even with higher ups but no body is bothered.

Stormfiber is great for streaming but potty for online gaming especially at night times .How can you speak of Karachi when you don't even live here?
I have been using storm fiber for over 2 and a half years. I live in Karachi and do a lot of gaming so having a good internet connection for is really important. From the start up till now SF customer service has been absolutely amazing and the best part is that they pick up the phone immedialty so waiting times are bare. As far as pings are concerned for different games, I would say that ping in different games (ranging from Warzone to Fifa) have been inconsistent. When I say inconsistent I mean that, in games like CS go the ping is almost always good but when it comes to warzone and fifa it is 50/50. So in my current state of things, I am looking forward to changing my ISP because I saw my health status from this EA site which also compares your other local ISP's and tells which is currently providing the best ping, in which Transworld is coming out at the best. So only to get a better ping I am currently looking for changing my ISP, also I saw that the prices of Transworld are better. Let me know if I am making the correct decision but keep in mind I live in Karachi.
