Android phone in 15k

Well after a shit ton of stolen phones i decided to give up but then realized that smartphones are a necessity. So i got an iPhone 4 for really cheap to just get the bare necessities but now the battery life and slow performance is triggering me. The screen size is also kinda small.

so yeah keeping the security situation in mind i don't want to spend more than 15k on a phone. any recommendations are appreciated. i have been hearing that some chinese brands like infinix and xiomi are not half bad. anyone who has used these can comment on their performance?

Xiaomi Redmi 4A for 14k with official warranty.

They have 4A's, and they won't suggest anything else other than the 4A in this budget.

Is it better than the used options in this range like droid turbo. or nexus 6.

honestly i would to get n6 but people are asking too much for it and i think its too old now. am i wrong?

Droid Turbo has that Verizon crap so I'd rather not get one of those.

Considering the Nexus 6 just lost software support from Google, it's still a hot favourite when it comes to Devs on XDA so it'll be getting it's share of custom ROMs.

Yes people are asking too much, the kits available in the market are going for 18500, which seems a bit steep for them.

New ones are impossible to find.

Used ones go for around 20ish for 16GB and around 23-25k for 32GB.

It's new and in warranty, so yeah I guess.

The N6 is still a good phone, but only buy one if you can get it under or around 17k. Not more than that.

I would, only issue is that it's a bit out of budget.

19k is the cheapest you can find one, and that too 16GB which is way too less.

Regardless of what anyone says, I'm personally not a fan of kit phones, so I'd say no to the 2nd gen Moto X.

The G4 for 15k seems like a good buy though [MENTION=9907]ammarzubair[/MENTION], do check it out.

exactly. the only carrier phone i have ever bought was n6 cause it didnt have bloatware or locked bootloder and was exactly the same as the normal n6 only diff was the verizon logo on the back.

g4 won't have warranty tho right? what do you personally suggest. like which would you pick

I'd pick the G4 in this case, because it's newer, regardless of not having warranty or not, it's a newer device and it'll be supported for a while longer.

As much as I like Nexus phones, the N6 is really getting old and not sure where these 'kit' phones are sourced from, so I'd only get one if I personally knew the previous owner.

General use? Calls/texts? Should be fine in that case, just not as a primary phone.
