I usually eat homemade curries for lunch and dinner, I just eat more meat with less ghee/gravy, such as if I was eating qorma then I would take more serving of chicken with very little gravy. I also snack between meals with chicken and egg sandwiches, chicken breasts, fish fillets, milk(reduced fat) and sometimes chicken tikkas. For breakfast I eat fried eggs(1 with yolk and 2 without yolks) and bread. I also used to drink a protein shake after my workout until last month. I'm not really a fan of protein shakes though.
Now when measuring your protein intake you can never be 100% accurate, but you can download the 'myfitnesspal' app on your phone or google nutrition facts for different foods and also remember to maintain your macros for an overall healthy diet.

Anyone knows the diet for ABS? I've almost got no fats on body. Full lean with LOWER BELLY fat only.

well you can try my protien whey , which is the most cheapest whey I fpund so far in this world , its basically from UK , underrated but good reviews by its users , I once saw that its available in khi but less so you have to find it urself in local market
