First and foremost, few weeks back, several websites leaked the news about a part called GeForce GTX Titan LE, a board based on cut down GK110 GPU silicon. The leak was right, since this will actually be a consumer version of Tesla K20C, the 2496-core part with 5GB of GDDR5 memory. The name will not be the GTX Titan LE, though. Meet the GeForce GTX 780 5GB. Just as the GTX Titan was a consumer version of the K20X (2688-core part, 6GB GDDR5 memory), K20A/C is getting a consumer version as well. The performance is about 30% faster than a single GTX 680. You can expect this board to launch (hard launch, availability from Day 0) in the final days of May, as the Computex train starts to heat up. Pricing unknown, but you should prices anywhere between $499 and $599.

Second board will be the GeForce GTX 770. This is actually based off a GK104-425 die e.g. nothing more than a higher clocked GTX 680. Estimated performance is 20-25% better than GTX 670, on pair with the regular GTX 680. This is still a 256-bit interface part, with 4GB GDDR5 memory to be more prominently featured than a 2GB one. Nvidia's product stack calls for 6GB Titan, 5GB GTX 780, 4GB GTX 770 and 2GB GTX 760 Ti. Launch is allegedly scheduled for mid-May, as a precursor to the GTX 780.

Which brings us to the third product, the GeForce GTX 760 Titanium. GTX 760 Ti, sorry. This part is based on the same die as GTX 670; GK104-225. The board comes with 2GB GDDR5 memory and will do everything to put pressure on AMD's HD 7800 and 8800 line of OEM cards. Performance is targeting 20-23% increase from the standard GTX 660 Ti, and this is the part that will launch at the 2013 Computex Taipei trade show.

Naturally, there's a possibility that Nvidia will launch all three parts together and claim the best product stack for gamers out there.

Until Maxwell (GMxxx) arrives in 2014, do not expect new silicon from Nvidia. Come to think, AMD is also holding back its Volcanic Islands (VI) for the tail end of 2013 or in 2014. Next-gen processes cannot come soon enough for these companies... and yes, FinFET transistor on a 10-figure transistor count is a big challenge.

That's some wise re-branding by Nvidia, if the rumors turn out true. The 760 Ti sounds like a great deal for someone looking to upgrade from a Fermi-based GPU, while the 780 should be for those who've been eying the Titan but were restricted by their budget.

Our sources were happy to share some additional details about Nvidia’s upcoming cards. It turns out that the GTX 760 Ti, the slowest of the bunch, is based on the GK104 225 chip. The GTX 750 Ti has a 256-bit memory interface and in reality represents a rebranded GTX 670. It looks dangerously similar to existing GTX 670 boards.

Add-in-board partners expect to start selling this card in the third week or June and they will be able to make their own custom cards. We don’t know much about performance but we expect it to be around GTX 670 levels. The Geforce GTX 770 is based on a somewhat faster GK 104 425 chip, again a 256-bit unit, and our sources are telling us that the card is more or less a GTX 680 renamed for 2013. Nvidia will allow AIBs to manufacture their original boards but the cooling solution on the card looks like the one from GTX Titan.

The cooler better known as NVTTM cooling fan will let this chip clock higher than GTX 680 and should deliver at least a five percent performance boost over the GTX 680. The card is expected in the first week of June. The fastest of them all, based on the huge GK110 chip is the Geforce GTX 780. The card also shares a 256-bit memory bus and is based on GTX Titan LE. The first cards come as Nvidia direct boards and will be directly supplied to partners.

Nvidia will make these cards at first as it wants to control the quality and make sure nothing goes wrong in the manufacturing process. The card was supposed to launch on May 23rd but our sources now insist that it might show a week earlier on the May 16th, but we will try to find out which of these two dates is right.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 and GTX 780 Pictured

Well, if you needed a confirmation of the recent GeForce 700 series rumors, then here you have it. The GeForce GTX 770 and GeForce GTX 780 is now official, due to the leak from Chinese forums.



The leaker doesn’t say much about the pricing. He says that the GTX 770 would cost somewhere between 3500 to 4000 Yuans. It’s hard to calculate the US pricing from it, but considering that the TITAN costs 8000 Yuans in China (which is $1300), we would have to substract 30% out of this estimated price. Long story short it would be almost exactly $400 for the GTX 770. As for the GTX 780 the leaker doesn’t have anything to share yet.

Report: GTX 770 Spotted Again, Specifications Confirmed
Because a number of people were doubtful about the validity of the previous images of the GTX 770, Chiphell has released yet another image. In the meantime, there's also been more talk of the specifications. The graphics card will apparently pack the GK104 GPU with eight of the SMX units enabled. This would give the card a total of 1536 enabled CUDA cores, 128 TMUs, and 32 ROPs. The base clock would be 950 MHz, with the boost clock set at 980 MHz. The card would also have only 2 GB of GDDR5 memory, which would run at an effective speed of 6.00 GHz over a 256-bit memory bus, letting it pump out 192 GB/s of bandwidth. This makes the GPU and memory parts of the card almost identical to the GTX 680.

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
