    Thanks, i just want the camera to work properly. If anyone knows Afq or can contact him, then please tell him to correct this situation and help me out. Or take it back since the cost of repairing is a lot, i could have gotten a new one....

    D5000 is old, get d5100 instead, its an excellent dslr. It has the same sensor as the D7000.

    Well if you don't care for video and live view mode than the D3000 is good camera. But it's better to spend a little more and get the D3100 which makes 1080P video and gives a decent attempt at auto focus in video mode.

    Yeah price for new D3200 is 61K. And actually you can get the D5100 for around 60K which is a better camera. Anyways have decided to go for a D3100. Seems like a great starter camera. Will then go on from there.... Getting it from AFQ soon inshaAllah :)
