    Well that's correct but Dell 7567 models specific for Pakistan by dell don't have IPS yet in 1080p. Also 4k version is available in 128+1TB hdd instead of 512 SSD and available on paklap.com for 150k. There might be a chance that 1080 may be upgraded with IPS but I don't think they're available...

    Nope I live in Islamabad and know nothing of Lahore's market. Shophive is a Lahore based, maybe go there and ask if they can arrange one for you. I don't know how you feel but Lenovo y520 is also an option and compared to Acer, Lenovo has good market.

    65% percent more. The particular model don't have SSD and has only 8GB RAM and upgrading it will cost you 35k more but again you can buy the laptop first and upgrade it later. As mentioned in above post it's wise to pay 168k for better GPU than 175k for 4k screen.
