    Very Strange if it is still happening after resetting it. Try clearing your cache and then open the page. Maybe the browser is opening it from cache.

    Will not having a CNIC create problems for me in university?

    A passport expires in 5 years. So even if you got your passport 1 year back, you will need your CNIC to get it renewed after 4 years when you leave Pakistan. P.S. I am assuming you have a Pakistani Passport.

    There are routing issues in world call. The latency is usually high... I won't recommend if you are a gamer.

    No, it isn't possible. Even if you get someone on PTCL's end to provide you with two different dsl connections on one number, they won't work together.

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
