    Are you using wifi on the ps4 or are you using an ethernet cable? and when playing online on the ps4 turn off the wifi on the laptop because it makes it slower.

    Depends on you if you like shooters with vehicles and big maps and a little less technology in a fps then I would recommend bf4. If you like fast paced shooters, more technology in a game and zombies then bo3 is your pick. However Bf4 servers are better.

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
