    True. Since few months this VPN blocking seems to be ramped up very high, previously openvpn used to at-least work (except with some other issues time to time) but now it connects for just a second and then zero traffic and nothing works. Checked with various different mobile internet hotspots...

    I faced a similar issue where it was working for quite a while but suddenly it stopped working: OpenVPN client works for just like a second and then immediately and completely stops working. In my case when I tried with various mobile hotspots, it still didn't work so it can not be just the ISP...

    This is what I get in morning (and 3MB during the day). But its deceptive. The pings and speed degrade too much when you test servers that are at significant distances.
