you can overclock it still but its a risk might freeze ur bios ...waisay yaar these pi rams are way tooo awesome running at 1600 hz with CAS 6 amazing difference i felt ...
Just go in bios then overclock change the ratio to 42 then save settings and restart i assume u have cpuz installed then check ur temps with hardware monitor / core temp / realteamp and tell what vcore u get .....

oc genie will do oc to 4.6 automatically but vcore is high that way ...its goood to do manual ocing cuz u might be lucky to attain 4.6 with less vcore
