    Those wondering about speeds bear in mind that PTA's requirement for minimum 3G connection speed is a miserly 256 kbps. So its not like the telecos have to adhere to very high standards.     did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
