I am in Lahore. The 26k price i got was from a seller selling in Hafeez Center. I haven't gone on a full blown hunt to Hafeez Center yet but I am under the impression after the fire in HC a year back and also the silicon crisis the price of used components has jacked up. Thank you for this. Comparing it to the prices on AliExpress as indicated by the link you had provided suggests that the 26k price tag is a bit overpriced.
