    With VPN it will definately not work as it is network locked, some user reported they had it working so trying to find how did it working there.

    That error comes up when ebravo is being opened from outside the network. Long story short if you have enabled static ip from stormfiber u need to disable that coz when they assign static ip to you they change ur network which ebravo doesnt recognize.

    It seems your line is too bad. I suggest its better to get it replaced. and I think probably there is joints in the line. SNR should be be 20 at least for better experience.
