boiz i got like 8 9 rank matches from japan bahrain oman france n italy. 3 bars n playable connection. sadly none of the players were good except one ryu player from france named shotokan ryu (ultra gold rank). seems like the matchmaking system (or ptcl, which is very much likely) has stepped...- DrSweeTooth
