well I am late to post but +1000 to S2 if it is from a genuine user and has 0 H/W issues... S/W is no masla for S2, first thing you are gonna do is root it to Cyanogen 9 or later :)... Best Buy buddy- Arkus219

Hi, Its a nice build for a budget PC, I would Suggest you not to go for a GPU at this moment, one thing I am not able to see is the HDD. Another important factor to be considered is your Display resolution, if you are not going for a 1080p then I assume that an older series card for 5-6K will...- Arkus219
