They are pretty great with customer service. I bought a memory card from them once and it died after a couple of weeks. If was under warranty so I reported if to them. They claimed the warranty through the company and as it was out of stock they refunded the whole amount.

I didn't have a price barrier but an issue with the size. I got the nexus 5X but not from Karachi. A friends brother got me one from Dubai for about 40k. This is the 32 GB version. I like the phone.
