yeah this would've been great if they had shown RT performance. They are struggling hard and Nvidia is a "gen" ahead. If they have any miracles this was the time to show them.

they don't have jack shit to show to compete against DLSS... people expecting it to compete with DLSS 2.0 (or higher) are in for a disappointment

AMD cross-platform DLSS variant should be supported on consoles too owing to them being RDNA2.

Im sure Nvidia will hurry up and announce the 3080 Ti now to compete with 6900XT

People who were looking for a 3080 and were unable to buy it will now spend a few more and get the AMD one instead.

    Yeah the 3090 got rekt

Yepp, they dodged the RTX and DLSS parts entirely lol. But raster performance, especially that 1000$ 6900XT is looking mighty juicy.
    Link
  • Necrokiller Necrokiller:
Yeah rasterization performance is pretty good but it was clear from their wording that they're not as confident with Big Navi as they are with Zen 3.

  • Shary Bhallu TC Shary Bhallu TC:
hmm performance might not be good with raytracing on. And also didn't show directstorage metrics like Nvidia did.
    Link
  • Necrokiller Necrokiller:
AMD didn't even bring up RT outside of stating they support it. Doesn't bode well for their line up.
