Another weekend update is out. This time there are some minor tweaks to layout and interface. Not a huge update. The update contains following changes:

Shop Interface

The in-game Shop interface has been reworked to restore the item grid to the right-side orientation with hero guides extending to the left, and popular items are now highlighted directly in the item grid. Popular items are dynamically created and updated based on the top items purchased by players with an MMR of 5,000 and higher. Additionally, all players have a row of global customizable pinned items under the grid that can be set to match personal item preferences for quicker access.

Hero Control Console

We’ve made adjustments to the Hero Control Console layout to accommodate several changes, including making hero attributes always visible and showing both the base and bonus values for damage, armor, and attributes by default. We’ve also increased the size of HP/Mana bars, increased the area for multi-unit selection, and introduced multi-unit icons that scale dynamically based on the initial number of units selected.

Hotkey Support

We’ve restored the option to activate the Learn Ability mode with a hotkey. In addition, hotkey support is now available for opening the Hero Talent Tree to select the left or right Talent branch.

Patch Notes:

* Shop UI has been reworked
* Popular Items are now generated automatically per hero based on the top 12 items from players with 5k mmr and above from the most recent two weeks of games
* Popular Items are now highlighted on the item grid directly
* Shop item grid is now shown on the right side with guides extending to the left
* A global customizable Pinned Items section has been added to the shop. This section can be used to customize the shop to the items you use most frequently and are not tied to the currently selected hero.

* Restored the optional ability to bring up learn mode with a hotkey, allowing for a two stage input for leveling abilities
* Added a hotkey for opening the talent tree UI (your old key used for leveling attributes). While the talent tree UI is open, the hotkeys 1 and 2 can be used to select the left or right branch.

* Increased area used for multiunit selection UI and improved readability
* Multiunit selection icons now scale dynamically based on the number of units there are. They do not change size once a selection is made.

* Adjusted Hero HUD layout
* Attribute bonuses now show up permanently on the screen
* Base values for damage, armor, strength, agility and intelligence are now displayed alongside the bonus values (rather than being totaled)
* HP/Mana Bars are now slightly bigger

* Added Guide support for Talent Trees
* Fixed unpublished guides (that were in your cloud) not showing up in your Guide browser

Hey .. I am new to PakGamers and Dota2 (yeah another noob, right) - I was hoping to find a community of players willing to play practice games together to get better at the game.

Do people here play matches together? It would be great to meet some local people and hear from them :)

Phil should be held responsible for this shitfest too, just like Sarah, but it's highly likely that these decisions are coming from Satya. And this isn't even the end of it. More closures are coming.

if we are moving towards more and more popular trash across platforms that make billions for companies, I'm happy with all the barriers and exclusivity because at least that brings some pressure to create good stuff.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

MS one upping Sony in catching the biggest L in gaming
tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
