I don't know whether you have posted for a funny or serious purpose but i consider it serious because, there is just a minute difference between a condition getting serious and chronic and the fun is over.
Go to a doctor dude.
Even before tes-icular cancer people don't understand whether it is funny or different.
and i do hope in that it's nothing serious like that but Don't wait before it's too late. Prevention is the best cure.

3days is a long time, you should shower at least daily, depending on how much you sweat. Anyways that is supposed to be a precaution, now you have whatever you have and I suggest you do see a doctor, because we can't be sure what you really have. Also if it is something fungal or bacterial take it seriously if you won't treat it properly it will not go away just keep on recurring.

Just get the problem checked by a reputable doctor.
This may only concern your skin and you'll be alright with an ointment or a herbal cream tube. Let the doctor advice.

i'm usually 24/7 in an Air conditioned room so i dont sweat alot.
but i'll try to take shower more often tommorow and see if it goes away.
