I ordered a thermal paste from them 4 days ago and today i called them about my order and they told me to check tracking no. I didn't recieve any tracking no or email from them except for my password change. I asked the guy and he kept telling me this isn't our fault that you didn't recieve one. What a waste of time and really incompetent customer services.

if you paid for the thing and didnt recieve it, call them and demand your money back.
if you did COD and never got the thing delivered to you, just keep placing orders until they get the message and actually do their job.
whats the worst theyre going to do, actually deliver the thing to you?

Why on earth would i spam order something that i can order from someone else? Morally it's a stupid thing to do if that very thing can be purchased from other places available. My point here was wastage of time and the incompetency of the customer services.

I used to buy things from Czone, but I recently had an awful experience, so I won't recommend them. Ever. These days, I just buy from gtstore.pk and they have been exceptional. If something is not available there, I look for other computer stores. No more Czone for me.

More on the czone experience:


I bought a full size (XXL) glorious mousepad which had torn marks over the pad. I called them, sent them pictures and they said something along the lines of "This is new, it's not used" like it can't be true. When I asked about replacement and arranging a return, they told me to bring it the same day, which is honestly stupid in 2023. I said I would try but can't promise, as I have a day job and they close late evening. They have no return procedure and just ask you to bring the stupid thing back to them instead of them arranging a return for their faulty product. SMH.

Anyway, due to work and how far they are, I couldn't go to the place same day, but the very next day, I sent someone in my place of me with the pad (couldn't go again). The guy I sent handed the phone to a shopkeeper at czone to explain the problem. The shopkeeper handed it to another loud and rude guy shouting shit like "I told you to bring it yesterday, we do anything now, and we will close soon". So in other words, fuck you, we won't return or replace it.
