You could just go to Network and Sharing Center and go to properties of your current connection, then double click TCP/IPv4 and check your IP address from there. That's a better place to check your PC's IP address in my opinion.

You could wait for a sale, but there is a risk it still wouldn't reach you alternatively you could buy something digital (like itunes cards) and try to recoup as much as you can. I really don't what to say man sucks that you had such a bad experience with :/

I don't think there is anything you can do, since they ask for you to wait at least 6 weeks. I wouldn't worry about it just yet - worst case scenario: you don't receive your item and they give you full refund as store credit.

Weight and the declared value factor. If its just a standard $60 game (and you don't choose one of the courier options) then yes you should not have to play any tax/handling charges whatsoever and it will come to your door step... eventually.
If you are not in a rush and whatever you plan on ordring amounts to $60 or more, I'd advise you to keep an eye on their Facebook page, people post '$5 off $60' coupon codes there.
If your package gets lost they'll reimburse you with store credit regardless of if you chose to spend the extra 4 bucks or not. Its just an add insurance really, I usually opt out.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
