Download MM Server picker from [Official] MM Server Picker 2.5 + Test your ping! (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive > Tools > Other/Misc) - GAMEBANANA
Run "MM Server Picker.exe" As Administrator.
Hit the "Refresh" Button, now the ping of each server should appear under it's name.
Select only the servers you want to play on, and keep the servers you don't want to play on unselected.
Hit "Apply", the servers that weren't selected will say "Blocked" under their name, if they still show the ping then you didn't run the program as administrator or your windows firewall isn't working.
Close the program after you're done, it doesn't need to stay open.
that's it, now all the servers that weren't selected have been blocked and matchmaking won't put you on them anymore.

Notes
If even 1 person in the lobby has some servers blocked, then you will NOT connect to those servers, even if he's not the leader.
Works Only On: Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and Vista, I CAN'T MAKE XP OF THIS PROGRAM. SORRY BUT THERE'S NO ADV FIREWALL THERE.

Windows Firewall Has to be Enabled for this program to work.
If you are having problems watching gotv games, or connecting to dota 2 matches then just click reset to disable all the blocks.
This program is 100% VAC Safe, you will never be banned because of it. If you get errors when launching the program:
If you get "msvcr90.dll is missing" or "error 0xc000007b" then download .NET 3.5 and install it, the program will work now.
