    1) Im in lahore 2) i also have a 4mb stable connection 3) BF3 is "okayish" in pakistan not much lag, but some people (ones with super low latencies) will have benefit over you. 4) a Good ping in pakistan is 120-140...i am yet to find a server with better ping (have been playing for an year now)...

    Try reinstalling windows 7 from a different source ( preferably windows 7 ultimate edition) + Reinstall drivers (or different driver version) + Do not install any junk + try running bf3, maxpayne 3, crysis 2....see if these games work....if you still get that error, or any more...

    BF3 mein Cpu pehle se 3 frames render kar deta hay in advance, which is absolutely not necessary.....force render 0 se it doesnt have to render 3 frames = less burden on cpu :) it improves fps drops..i always use it even with my OC i7 - - - Updated - - - and mesh quality is ur draw distance...
