For me, there's no 'wow' factor to this game yet. It sure looks great and will probably be fun to play but not because of its massive scale. That is just one element and not a difficult one with procedural generation and breaking up a map into multiple planets which other games deliver as a single, diverse whole.
Plus, a serial bullsh*tter (Todd) from an average studio isn't something I'll count on, and we are a Cyberpunk too late to fall for such shenanigans. So yeah, hoping for this game to deliver but won't bet until release.

I raised this issue with The Outer Worlds as well, but you can forgive Obsidian for being a smaller studio on a limited budget. Starfield has no excuse for this Oblivion-era shit in 2023 where people feel like mannequin props in the world, esp given the seemingly unlimited resources and time on hand.
The gunplay looks great to me, so I'm glad atleast that got the right amount of attention over their past games.

Oh yes, the dead, expressionless faces all around. Will be fun interacting with 1000 NPCs and trying to take this game seriously with those faces. that's just typical Bethesda tho. It's worse now because things should've been different with MS as their overlord.

Nope. Some weapons get better later on but some weapons universally felt bad. Never called the gunplay greatOn point. Necrokiller also found The Outer Worlds' gunplay to be great

- Combining all platform scores doesn't work when some platforms are known to have major technical issues e.g. Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4/XB1 or Part 1 Remake on PC
