Cross posting this minor suggestion from the shoutbox.

When we are creating a post, we see the add picture and add video buttons, the generic add media button (which is used to add youtube videos etc) is hidden under the 3 dots.

The 'add video' button is a place for people to drag and drop video clips.

Realistically NO ONE Is going to ever drag and drop a video. My suggestion is to eliminate the insert video button and bring the generic insert media button out from the 3 dots and into the front panel because that's the one people will want to use.

After you sign-in, the site total width is not being adjusted to browsers on phones. Like it's slightly zoomed in, you can scroll left & right. It's kinda annoying as the pages move.

Browsers tested: Firefox, Firefox Nightly, Chrome

When you're not signed-in, it doesn't happen. Something might me breaking the width of other elements.

Feedback: Remove the background images from the sub-forum tiles. Also, can we have a theming option? I prefer the classic black background with the orange text - it's easier to read.

If you click on the top preview thread of the sub-sections, it leads to a dead link or just opens up the sub-section instead of the corresponding thread,
Try clicking the threads (red circles in the image) on your end


Also another UI issue. The scroll up/down icons are hidden beneath the discord icon.

Also, I think the black theme is much more readable, than the grey/orange one. Or maybe try making the gray a bit more darker. It feels way too bright if we are aiming for a dark mode themed pg.




And if we can, it'd be helpful to support markdown language. As far as I gathered, xenforo supports a subset of markdown.

Also it'd be pretty handy if the top notification bar isn't fixed but floating so when you scroll down, it just stays at the top of the page and you don't have to scroll up everytime just to see if there's a notification for you.

Please add page numbers in threads at the top as well in mobile browser. It will be very convenient to change page both at the top and bottom like most forums.

The issue you have faced: Imgur image hotlinking still seems to be an issue
What you expect to happen: Imgur image hotlinking should work fine i.e. imgur.com/asda.png

General Feedback and Comments: AFAIK, imgur allows hotlinking to forums (not website content hosting however) so I am not sure why it is returning a 403 when hotlinking imgur on PG, getting in touch with imgur might be worth a try?

Update: hotlinking is not possible from imgur, they have defined in their TOS here:

nothing can be done for that, lots of sites are facing this issue and recommending to use some other image hosting site
