Reeven’s a new name in Pc industry, But it brought some phenomenal product line, especially in CPU coolers and fan controllers. Reeven populated the market with enrich and quality cooling supplies. Though it still hasn’t been populous as it should have been by now. Apparently, best known for CPU coolers such as OKEANOS, OURANOS, steropes etc. But cooling fans, on the other hand, are uprising. Reeven’s EUROS is released in 2016 in various models. Available in various speed ranges from 800 RPM to 2000 RPM with 3 Pin to 4 Pin PWM connectors.
Today we are getting hands on Reeven EUROS, We received the models RA1225F16C-P, RA1225F12C-P and RA1225F12C. These are varying models have various speed levels, But F12C and F12C-P are actually covering the same speed. EUROS comes in only black color which is comparatively different from what we have seen in the past, that is, yellow and black color fans. Which means we won’t be talking on yellow. Physically they are sized as (W)120 x (H)120 x (D)25mm and weighing at 175g.
It’s a EUROS 120mm fan with a rotational speed of 1200 RPM. The fan carries 3-PIN connection for power output and power consumption specified as DC 12V/0.12A. While it’s a 46.4 CFM and static pressure at 0.049 inch H20, the noise level is topping out to 22.3 dBA.

Package and the Content
The white box with cover design top down. since there are 3 boxes, each box contains respective fan and for knowing, the model and fan speed is printed on the top of the box can be seen in above picture. the styling and design of Fan packaging is similar to coldwing fans except the color combination, which is white in this case.The backside of the box contains detailed specification on every fan in a tabular form.
Inside the box, we found the usual 4 mounting screws for fan, 4 rubber screws and fans itself.
EUROS Design and Power Implementation:
During an observation, I found the build quality is close to noctua iPPC industrial fans if do not equates. Which is an achievement for Reeven. The blades are EUROS fan consist of 11 round sharp edge blades which can rotate up to 2000 RPM (+/- 50). The motor is located at middle which leaking three and four wires for power connection. The color scheme chosen is different from precedents, the matte black and slightly mesh over it.
On the other hand, the power implementation of these fans are simply regular. The fan power connectors are varies from 3-Pin normal to 4 Pin PWM (Pulse Width Module). Fan having 1200 RPM consumes around 0.12 Ampere while the 1600 RPM would feed the 0.20 Ampere as printed on the motor sticker. Considering the power control, PWM are very effective in terms of better control over speed and voltages. There are, however, quality and feature rich motherboard which eliminate the differences of 3 pin and 4 pin PWM. But not everyone get that lucky to have expensive and top notch high featured motherboards.

Looking between at those 1200 and 1600 RPM variant fans, there certainly is the difference not only in theoretical specs but the practical performance as well. I tested the performance and first rationalized the fan speed then measure noise at 12V. I used Fan controller for setup to control the fans, it so allowed me to have visualized the lowest and maximum RPM that they could produce. It has been observed that, All three fans have performance at a good range. An exceeded rotational per minute has been emerge which resulted in an increase in noise level as well. Arflow wise, these fans would be a lot more effective.

Today, in the market, a discriminating factor for cooling fans is Look. Unfortunately, EUROS is not falling in such category, especially for those who are preferring RGB or lightning effects. However, Bashing EUROS for not having RGB is pointless since they are meant for different purpose that is, improving the airflow as effective as possible. It has a good airflow and with 1600 RPM they could get you better results which might not be achievable from some of the available LED fans out there, however, it will hurt a bit that RA1225F16C-P gets a bit noisy at 12V. Which definitely is a drawback for these fans. Conversely, when I mitigate the speed of this fan it sound very quiet. So while these fans are bit noisy at full speed, they would serve you pretty well as a silent operators, on the other end..
AS for the evolution per minute we analyzed. Reeven EUROS are producing much from their advertised capability. Raving about RA1225F16C-P is almost touching the 1700 RPM mark. On the other which makes a good extension. Lightning factor aside, these fans would definitely works great for the airflow purpose and I am pretty sure they would be as effective as any other in the competition.
Finally, EUROS would have a fair amount of advantage if they mount on a 240 or 360 radiator AIO cooler. Besides, its blade’s design has the most attraction above all. I’d surely have them for AIO coolers as a primary option. Conversely, EUROS could serve you well in times when your components needs much better airflow in case. It’s indeed is a good value for money.
