Windows 8.1

Well hello guys, I have been Windows 7 user from two year or something and it hasn't ever let me down..

but I seen the new Windows 8 interface, and I liked it a bit but I heard some bad reputation about it..

Just needed to clear, what process do I have to go through to install Windows 8.1 without damaging anything and doing complete fair installation..

Same way you did with 7 without losing your data.

also a win7 user from a long time.

so far not very disappointed from Windows 8.1.

I'd say go for it.

install the same way you did with windows 7
just formating only the windows partition and installing it in there.

it's fairly easy to install windows 8 via boot up and then installing it to some other partition where your win 7 is installed.
I am using 7 and 8 on dual boot since 1.5Year(S) now without any sort of issue.
