Which LED TV to buy in 43 inches?

I am in a confusion may be experienced buyers can assist.
I am buying a 43 incher LED TV for my living room.
Want to buy the best product in the minimum of price as possible in new.

Usage:
Normal HD TV/ Games / Movies etc

Note: All are priced almost same around 34000 with 2 years warranty. All are local but good brands having repute (above orient etc). All are non smart as I donot need smart.

JAZZAKALLAH for your suggestion bro. Market research has also resulted with the same suggestion hence i am inclined towards TCL.
