Which laptop brand has best customer service?

Hey guys,

Iam going to be ordering my new laptop from the US soon.I wNted you guys to suggest which laptop brand has the best and most hasslefree customer service?Ive had a real bad experience with HP so thats out of selection.My friend has had bad experience with toshiba as they have only one customer service centre in whole pakistan.

Please suggest me which brand should i go for?

Dont go for VAIO either, although they offered sevice for mine about three days ago for a replacement drive that costs 45k. Pakistan isnt on the list of those countries where VAIO's international warranty can be claimed, so to avoid hassel nd calling the people in US, where ur buying from, dont go for it.

But i asked the sony people and they said that international warranty can be claimed here if i get the reciept and proof of purchase.Well I ordered a samsung q430-11 yesterday as it was the best value for money.How is samsung's aftersales support?

in Pakistan, the only companies offering after sales support that i know of are dell and hp .. not exactly sure if they even offer local service on laptops.. otherwise, Hyperstar offers its own warrenty, which if compared to Carrefour in dubai, the same company, is a good alternative as well

If you are planning to use it in Pakistan or worldwide then buy ASUS it has global 2 years warranty. But usually Dell is best brand in my opinion.

Well Brother I create threads about ordering things from abroad but I change my mind most of the time.The chit chat cafe description states that I can create a topic for whatever comes to my mind.These days,Iam thinking of ordering a laptop from abroad.So I might create a thread relating to it.If Iam breakng PG rules then please do close the thread along with stating which rule I broke.

Go with HP simple, cheap and easy to fix. Vaio is a great laptop and very expensive plus hard to fix in Pakistan, A hp can be repaired within 20k from the official dealer and a VAIO will cost you a 45+k for which you can buy a new HP pavilion. Warranty sharranty is not reliable for any product in Pakistan only mobile phones, bcuz many crazy ppl use mobile phone in PK too(remeber the story a guy killed his nephews for a freakin mobile) HP has good distribution here and the warranty will work ok too. If buying a new laptop and want a hassle free pc, get a MAC. Thats the safest option for anyone in Pakistan, they are strong computers part wise and os wise too.

I already have ordered the samsung laptop.Even if i hadnt,I wouldve never gone with HP due to past experiences.But you are right,Mac is tge safest option.However i dont like mac os and would much rather prefer windows.

dell is the best performing laptop for me, I bought it from Pakistan but you can claim its warranty anywhere in the world. If you are willing to buy a laptop then go for pakistan becoz prices here and in abroad are almost same and of you want some discount then buy it in december at christmas
