WD 3 TB Showing 0 GB

WD 3 TB Showing 0 GB in Bios and HDD is not initiationin winodws...Need help please
I am using windows 7 64bit
Change cable : done
Change PSU : done
Check On other computer : done

Do a low level format, it may be salvageable.

disk won't initialization in win7 x64..other wise there no knocking or clicking nois.disk spin properly

if it does show up in diskmgmt.msc then the HDD LLF tool will work on it.
