very high ping in csgo (dxb server)

cs working just fine but since yesterday my ping dxb is very high 200-300. sgp server work lot better with 100-150ms but its unplayable any else having this problem on (PTCL)

    I tried playing Apex Legends once. Couldn't find a gun for 5 minutes straight. If I found a gun, I couldn't find the right ammo for it. Got killed fighting with my fists. Uninstalled it the next day.
