uTorrent not working - Anyone else or just me? - City: Lahore - ISP:Zong4G

Torrents seem to have stopped working. I can't download any torrents since at least 1AM. I have tried on more than one computer, I have reinstalled uTorrent. Nothing seems to work. Is anyone else facing the same issue?

If you are from Pakistan and able to download torrents then please tell us your Torrent Client, City and ISP and tell us if you're able to download right now.

I am able to download using a VPN (which allows torrents). It seems that Torrents have been disabled by Zong4G MBB

Zong and other carriers have many restrictions.
Throttles and service restriction.

No way point in using those. Get a normal internet for heavy downloads

    I tried playing Apex Legends once. Couldn't find a gun for 5 minutes straight. If I found a gun, I couldn't find the right ammo for it. Got killed fighting with my fists. Uninstalled it the next day.
