Definitely not normal. Issues are still ongoing and will take a few more hours to fix.Speed is back to normal but idk if it is normal to get 4-6 mbps download and 1-2mbps upload when doing speed test to a European server (France) on a "25 mbps package".

Anyways, any Battlefield player here who can confirm about this blockage of servers crap which is giving me headaches now. I can't connect to any of the European servers neither can ping them. What's going on? 1 out of 10 server which connects has 300+ ping. Pings to EU servers in other games such as PUBGM and Apex are absolutely fine. What's the issue with BF servers? Any guesses? It's been a month now.
P.S If I try to complain to them somehow, how will I make them understand this issue?

Getting full speed in Speedtest at least. 45ish. But that's full speed on wifi.

Our whole office shit (all websites, mobile apps, backend systems) was totally down and inaccessible for a good 15-20min before slowly (read: high packet loss) returning back to normal.

Can you do me a favor please? Login from Battlelog and select BF4, then through these filters, send me a snapshot of what servers you get and their respective pings. Mine are like these in the image, most of them cannot be pinged and are the ones I cannot connect to. Rest of them are also around 200 where as previously they were below 170 especially the German ones.

Currently using 25mbps and usage is around 350GB planning to upgrade it to 50mbps because I will be sharing my connection with cousin family then the usage would be around 600GB.

Nope, I used around 1TB data within a month once but didn't experience any throttling so it is truly unlimited.

I'm facing a similar issue in SMITE, I am getting 330 ish ping in EU while i get 240 ish in NA. PTCL Routing has been screwed for about a month for me as well. Currently im using windscribe as a solution to fix this.
i dont what kind of people work at ptcl they have no idea about routing i am getting 330ping to NA and 180 to EU both on 39.35 and 182.187
