It's HG8145V5 from Ptcl and my router is Ruijie reyee RG-EW3200GX but when i put vlan 10 on 802.1q tag vlan 10 on Ruijie it doesn't work but work on bridge when vlan is off but qos doesn't work properly and i want to put iptv on ptcl router only vlan for internet on my Ruijie router
I think you need to use iptv and internet vlan in the router not in the modem. And ftth also has vlan for telephone. I don't know how does it work
Anyone link me to a guide or a post about connecting a VDSL modem to an ONT? I want to use the ptcl VDSL modem that I already have as an extender for my wifi. (and please dumb it down for me if possible bc im not too familiar with networking terms)
Guys I recently got a new connection with PTCL, the 100 Mbps one, I got the ZTE f670L router from them. Are there any optimal settings I need to apply? Also, I have a question why is the download and upload latency so bad while doing a speed test? Also, I think I am experiencing some rubberbanding as well. Any tips or advice would be appreciated.
P.S: One more thing is there a list of websites which are banned? Tenor.com doesn't seem to be working for me.

Download/upload latency worsens when you're ACTIVELY using the network and saturating your link. If you use 4G, you'll see it's worse. It's even worse on 3G.
Fiber still has much lower latency. I don't know what's normal, but in my experience, the download/upload latency WHILE the test is underway is never the same as the standalone latency figure (where the connection is not being used).
You could try changing the 5Ghz channel (you'll have to experiment which one works for you), and also try bringing the router out in the open so that there is less interference? Try placing it away from cordless phones and microwaves (and maybe TVs too). You can also try doing the test using a wired cable and see if that helps.
As for the settings: if you're able to access the panel, I usually recommend using Google's DNS servers than PTCL's own servers; some websites won't load on the PTCL DNS servers (and they might on Google's DNS, or you'll get that lovely safe surf message instead saying it's blocked... rather than it seeming like a server issue).

are you using wifi or cable ? i had bad download and upload latency too, turned out my LAN cable was of low quality so changed it and now its very low
Well, I am using a cable, I was using a TP-Link ap before, but my upload latency has dropped to like 2 now, I believe it was due to the port being 100 Mbps, I wasn't getting a gigabit link before, my download latency is still bad. IDK if my cable is bad or it's from PTCL, The thing is I'm running a cable from another room so it might be due to that as well.
Also, is tenor.com banned by PTA or something?

I see, it was working on Cybernet ( national broadband ). But ig discord users are screwed.
It slips through the cracks occasionally (just like Twitter) but officially, it is blocked. For no reason....
