After 7 years I just discovered yesterday that I could actually play a Nintendo switch game on my PC with 60 fps lolzzz Zelda tears of the kingdom all the way (I own 2 switches one of them broke another one is stuck in another country and I almost bought a 3rd one in OLED flavor to play this game so you can imagine my excitement)

I am just waiting for MODs to make it even smoother....I had a good first 15 mins on my Alienware with 3080ti though but due to work/study load I have put it aside and get back to it around mid June

Technology can create room for new gameplay possibilities, but it can't push gameplay boundaries on its own (never said Matrix Awakens did 🤷‍♂️). To what extent those possibilities are being utilized is a different matter.

Tears of the Kingdom is pushing gameplay boundaries with its well-defined game systems within the technological constraints of its platform 🤜

Just came across the floating colosseum. Without spoiling anything, it was *chef's kiss*.

Game has fps issues due to low stock memory clocks!

It can easily hit locked 30, if the mem. clocks are boosted just a bit!

It even nears a 60 fps on the Switch Oled they say, if you know your overclocking! :p

Also, can we overclock a non modded Switch ?

Holy helll.. I didnt knew we could overclock modded switches. Can someone point me to right direction to over clock mine since i have a modded switch.

33.33 ms over 96% of the time and never exceeding 50 ms, unlike a certain platform trying to emulate it lmao. Good performance, all around 🤜

Holyyyyy sh*t 1200+ frames of stutter with shittty input lag at 20fps in only 20 mins of gameplay. Yiiiiiiikesss what a shit show. Imagine the state of portable mode 🤣🤣🤣
