Yup. i watched it in 2D infact that whole week they didn't show it in 3D they had some defect on their 3D projector whatever.

Went to Mega Multiplex last night to see Thor Ragnarok opcorn2:
it was my first time to go to a cinema
their seats were good, good enough to sit for 2+ hours.. AC was working fine, not too cold not too hot
they have a curved screen (@manigamer do all cinema have curved screens?), i was sitting in middle seat so i could enjoy all the glory of it, dont know if its good for people sitting on sides
they didnt turned on lights before movie so everyone had to find their seats by mobile torches, but after movie ended they turned on light so people can leave as soon as possible
the baddest thing was they were in so much hurry to through us out and go home that they didnt showed the after credit scenes :ripped:

they know ppl sit and waste their time lol sitting through credits for movies now so they fast forward them here in IMAX which have after credits hahathats good...i will suggest multiplex the same (fast forward to after credits)the only curved screen i know is IMAX SCREEN in cinestar lahore... best thing they fast forward to the after credits in thor
All cinemas are doing this now days.. they don't want people to sit for long. Cinepax did something different this time instead of Thor they played Geostorm and the "Khapp & Rolla" started i was also one of them. That situation was hilarious .

Went to see the last jedi at packages mall on their CMAX screen. In a nutshell not worth it compared to IMAX.When we entered the cinema ushers were allowing ppl to sit wherever they wanted. Ppl moved when I insisted but it was still off-putting. I felt there was something wrong with the 3D effect also. It was blurry at some points and 3D outline was visible sometimes as well. I thought something wrong with my glasses but after the movie other ppl who were with me also said the same thing. I also find it annoying when they stop the movie for interval. They do this at other cinepax halls but I don't like it.The seats were comfortable and much better than imax. We were sitting in the GOLD rows. They are similar to the ones in Xinhua mall. The screen is huge. I was sitting next to the aisle but still got a good view of the screen. Overall experience at IMAX is still better.

CMAX gold ticket is for 900 for which you get to sit on recliner type seats with tray for food and plenty of foot space. There are I think 4 rows of gold seats right in middle of hall. Above gold rows are silver seats which are normal for rs750. Below the gold rows are silver seats for rs700 which are closer to the screen.When I went all the gold seats were full and there was nobody occupying the silver seats.
thanx for the detailed review, i asked for a comparison because the cinepax is indirectly highlighting the features that you find in imax like the dual projectors system & huge wall to wall screen size. BTW how big is the screen compared to imax of cinestar & how is dolby atmos setup ?

I dont think games have looked any better since 2019 onwards and they are performing worse and worse. Game developers have really dropped the ball.
