start the game .........press this icon down the esc button (~) a console will open.....write version and then press enter ur current game version will appear

^ I have already posted all the patches and u still asking for the link of the patch 1.0.6.6. Check the Official TF2 Thread. And there isnt no individual water.pcf file u can find all the files in the patches.
