So, I have a 30Mbps Stormfibre connection, which is acting up on me & does so very regularly. Browsing is extremely slow and streaming is disruptive. Each time I contact Stormfibre's support team they say that I have x-number of devices connected to the internet that's why the internet is slow, which is a BS explanation tbh. Besides, not all the connected devices are running at the same time until night time. Plus, I think browsing on multiple devices shouldn't put load on 30Mbps connection and the said bandwidth should be able to handle simultaneous streaming on 2 or 3 devices.
I am therefore thinking of changing service provider and wanted to know what would be the better alternative to Stormfibre; are Transworld and Optix any better? or am I better off with Stormfibre?
