Should I update a G.Note II to 4.3?

So I have a GT-N7100 model of the galaxy note 2 amd apparently, android 4.3 is available for it. However, what I saw was that the country/region stated that it was for India, so this wouldnt give me any problems in Pk would it? Also, a PG member reported that his S3 became highly laggy with 4.3 and he ended up downgrading his phone back to 4.1.2, so would I also face this problem on Note 2? Also, if anyone has updated their phone, please share your experience.

I have upgraded my S4 to 4.3 and I dont have any issues yet.

Note II update seems good so far.
Only the S III and the AT&T S4 had problems with 4.3 update.

Go ahead and update it. It brings a lot of features, like TRIM support and a new TouchWiz launcher.

Its still in testing and leaked firmware....alot of bugs are there according to samfirmware. Better to wait for the final releasr

you can flash it on yours if the model number is the same... normally, the rom for pk will come out a lot later than other countries so i always used other country's roms on my phones...

    why you are paying american rates in Pakistan. Search cheaper region like Turkey. 13k for 13 months. Ms does not care
