Samsung 40" LED EH5300 or EH6030 Confused!!! Help needed.

EH6030 is better off course. 3D is still a useful feature for you if you connect it to your PC. But smart TV features of EH5300 will become totally useless for you in such scenario.

Yes you can. You can play 3D movies through PC or through USB port of the TV.

You can play games in 3D mode as well. But the maximum resolution of games in 3D will be 720p due to limitation of HDMI (all 3D TV's, including the ones costing more than 300,000, have this limitation).

yeah i heard that too that hdmi is limited to 1080p and 60hz only so for games that is not good enough while for movies, it is ... although you can game at 720p which can get you 120hz i think...

I have Eh6030 46". I use it mainly to watch 3d movies via external hard drive. the result is great and since you would be connecting your PC to the TV so you won't need any smart features of 5300. 6030 should be ur choiuce between the two
