RuntimeBroker.exe takes high CPU

For few days I noticed that my PC works very slow. Than i found in the task manager that the RuntimeBroker.exe using 100% of the CPU. I've try to kill the process but it didn't work. Anyone else seen this behavior?
I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Scan for PC for viruses if everything is clear then update your windows

Actually found a solution for this error that works for problem. Normally you can end the RuntimeBroker.exe program from task manager. But this not the permanent solution. If you disable runtime broker from registry editor than these problem not again happen.
