I go the option to choose costume before starting the DLC episode, weird you guys aren't seeing it.

did you download the DLC ? on Xbox the pre order was a separate DLC I had to download, it wasn't included in the "Winters expansion" package.

Also, there is no option given on psn to download the bonus separately either!

Whats more interesting is that when I go look in the storage, the main game is listed as the PS5 version while the expansion is listed as the PS4 version ... like WTF MAN !

Did I just playthrough the PS4 version ? Lol.

Village is still a sharp looking game.

Are these Interlacing/checkerboarding artefacts? Image quality looks awful. Don't remember Village looking this bad.

@Chandoo check the expansion version in your storage, is it showing as the SX version or last gen version.

Necro is right, when I loaded the main game which is obviously the PS5 version, it looks much sharper and cleaner!

No it's because I'm having to increase the brightness way too high to take screens, the game looks fine on the monitor but when I take a picture it comes out veeery dark, borderline all black almost. So I have to stop, crank the brightness to the max and then take a snapshot.

It's weird. Happens with this game only for some reason.

I don't think the issue with the screens has anything to do with the brightness.

I've played a good chunk of Half-Life: Alyx, and, while the interactivity, story, and atmosphere are nicely done, the actoooal gameplay is slow af and boring. I have no interest in playing it on PSVR2. RE Village in VR is miles ahead in terms of combat. It only falls short in the interactivity department

But but but it's new VR mode, not a re-release of the same flat screen version, and "not dumbed down" and a FREE update. If cheaper games are scoring higher because CerebralTiger thinks they are cheap, what's this VR update's excuse? Mediocre game stays mediocre
