PTCL Gone Crazy

Its been three days since i am facing this strange issue and haven't faced in my entire broadband life. My pc connected via WiFi to broadband not via wire or anything like that i noticed three days back no internet and slow browsing even my internet light on broadband running so speedy then next day i noticed through broadband console which is 192.168.1.1 and noticed that its been changing every minute to don't know who's connection like fluctuation between don't know what and if my pc running internet then on other WiFi devices its not working and if not on pc but only on my iPad not even on mobiles but internet light and WiFi light on broadband running like so speedy even if not a single device connected. PTCL just sucks complaining and complaining today's holiday hope tomorrow issue will be resolved, but still don't know what's wrong with it connection changed on my console frequently.
Any help from here?? anyTelecomm related guy? and its took around 5 minute for me to wait for my broadband to back to my profile to post this thread.

unplug telephone cable from your DSL model and then open your modem by going to 192.168.1.1
go to WAN settings and delete iptv settings 0/35 or 0/102 from there and save/reboot it'll be fine then
